Refund Policy

1. Failed reports

If your report fails to generate due to a technical issue on our side, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us with your report ID at the address in our Terms of Service.

2. Digital content — right of withdrawal

ConvertRoast reports are digital content generated immediately upon payment.

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, by explicitly requesting immediate delivery of your report and checking the corresponding box at checkout, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once report generation has started, in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

If you did NOT check this box, or if the report was not delivered, your right of withdrawal remains intact for 14 days from the date of purchase.

3. How to exercise your right of withdrawal

If you are entitled to withdraw, you may do so directly online using the button below, or by contacting us within 14 days of purchase.

4. Refund processing

All eligible refunds are processed within 14 days via Stripe to the original payment method.
